How to prepare Hot Puttu?
- Take a bowl, add Ramana’s1 or 2 cups of Ramana’s Red Rice Puttu flour.
- Sprinkle very hot water and mix well until it attains a crumble texture.
- Steam it in an idly cooker or an idly pan for 10 to 12 mins.
- Transfer it to a serving bowl and add some sugar, grated coconut,cardamom powder, mix well and serve hot.
